For in-depth planning, such as multi-stop trips or fully customized itineraries, we do charge a planning fee. We’ll always be transparent about this upfront so you can make the best choice for your trip.

The earlier, the better (especially for popular destinations or busy travel seasons). For custom trips or cruises, at least 4–6 months ahead is ideal. That said, if you're working with a shorter timeline or just need a hotel, reach out anytime and we can let you know what's possible.

In most cases, yes. When we book your stay through Bellara, you’ll still earn hotel loyalty points just as you would when booking directly. You can also typically enjoy any elite status benefits you already have with that hotel brand.
