Bellara Travel was founded on the belief that travel should be both invigorating and deeply personal. My love for exploring the world began at a young age through family road trips across the U.S. and six unforgettable months living abroad in the Netherlands.
Travel has always been the pursuit that makes me feel most alive – sparking a sense of freedom and wonder that’s impossible to replicate elsewhere. Now, with a home base in Chicago, I chase that boundless feeling every chance I get – whether it’s hiking through Kauai’s wild beauty, savoring slow mornings in Portugal, winding along Iceland’s raw landscapes, or basking in the golden light of Tuscany.
With a background in finance and a reverence for the details, I bring a seamless, thoughtful approach to every journey. I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming the travel planning process can be for friends and family, often leading them to abandon their travel dreams altogether. I’ve also witnessed how, without the right research, travelers miss out on the most special experiences a destination has to offer.
